Bladder/Bowel Health

If you are experiencing bladder or bowel health concerns, we encourage you to seek a referral from your primary physician or another specialist. For more information about our Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Clinics, please call or visit the location most convenient to you.

Evaluating Your Needs

Your intake evaluation will take about two hours. It will include detailed questions about your incontinence problems, educational materials and an evaluation using the biofeedback equipment. Treatment options will be discussed at that time.

What to Bring
  • Completed diaries if we have sent them to you
  • Insurance cards
  • List of all previous surgeries and hospitalizations
  • List of current medications
  • Physician Order (Unless previously faxed to us)
