Accredited Chest Pain Center

Our emergency department is staffed with full time physicians who are all residency trained in emergency medicine and ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine) certified. A Chest Pain Accreditation by the Society of Chest Pain Centers means that we are able to reduce time to treatment during the critical early stages of a heart attack and better monitor patients to determine whether they are having a heart attack.

Our 24/7 Emergency Department Services

  • Asthma management
  • Early intervention for heart attacks and strokes
  • Evaluation and management of acute abdominal pain
  • Expertise in lacerations, crush injuries, burns, abrasions
  • Management of trauma conditions: falls, motor vehicle accidents, fractures, sprains
  • Treatment for acute eye conditions
  • Treatment of migraines
  • Treatment for infections including: pneumonia, kidney, skin, blood

Advanced Technologies
We use the most current technology for fast and effective treatment including a 64-slice CT scanner, a non-invasive tool to diagnose coronary artery disease.  The scanner is safer, more accurate and cost effective than stress testing and can eliminate the need for an invasive catheterization procedure.
