Multidisciplinary Team
As you progress from one level of care to another, a highly qualified team of rehabilitation professionals will work with you to meet your individual needs. The Rehabilitation Services team includes:

Comprehensive Services
At Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - All Saints Rehabilitation Services, we offer comprehensive specialized care that includes inpatient and outpatient services in physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology as well as licensed athletic training. Other benefits include:

For Employers – Occupational Health and Rehabilitation
Our services include:

• Consult, educate and conduct research.
• Design, implement and modify therapeutic interventions such as functional re-training and therapeutic exercise to reduce impairments, functional limitations and disability.
• Evaluate, assess and treat patients with impairments, functional limitations and disability.
• Promote fitness and health for all ages to prevent injury, impairments, functional limitations and disability.
