Walk-In Care
For those times when someone has non-life-threatening injuries that require non-emergent medical attention, come to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare -All Saints Walk-in Care.
For your convenience, we provide non-obstetric care to patients over 16 years of age for NON-life threatening injuries that do not require emergency medical attention. Please be aware that our medical staff is obligated to attend to the most serious cases first. Serious conditions will be sent to the All Saints Emergency Care Center.
Our Walk-In Care does not schedule appointments. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. This same area is shared with Prompt Care. Prompt Care patients do have a scheduled appointment and are seen by different physicians in the same area.
Whenever possible, you should contact your primary physician before coming to Walk-In Care. Your primary physician will give you guidance, and if necessary, can direct you to the appropriate care facility. Prescription refills should also be done by your primary care physician. Your primary physician’s office can offer you an appointment with our Prompt Care Department if they are unable to schedule you for an appointment with them.
COMMON NON-EMERGENT CONDITIONS WE CAN TREAT INCLUDE: Flu, Cold, Sore throat, Skin rash, Bronchitis, fever, muscle strains/sprains, urinary pain, cough and small bone fractures.
Conditions THAT CANNOT BE TREATED IN WALK-IN CARE include: Stroke/heart attack, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, shortness of breath, chest pain, seizures, severe difficulty breathing, suicide attempt, severe sudden headaches, pregnancy related issues, intoxication/overdose, large bone fractures, amputations/lacerations, trauma, eye pain/foreign bodies, severe abdominal pain, gun shot wounds These symptoms should be treated in our properly equipped All Saints Emergency Care Center on the Spring Street Campus or at the closest emergency room.

Monday – Friday 12 Noon – 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. – 12 Noon
Sunday 12 Noon – 4 p.m.
(Closed Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve)
Parents/Patients of All Saints Pediatricians should call (262) 687-8282 for an appointment for their ill child. These appointments are not conducted in the Walk-In area.
